What is Biodiesel?

Biodiesel (also known as B-100) is a renewable fuel made primarily from vegetable oils and animal fats. The fuel is a direct replacement for diesel, and is typically used as an additive to diesel fuel. As an additive, biodiesel has many positive benefits: it reduces emissions, improves engine performance and life, and reduces dependence on foreign sources of oil.
